User Agreement for Luminary Link Consulting Admin Services

Effective Date: This Agreement is effective immediately upon the Client’s acceptance of the terms during the signup process on the Luminary Link Consulting website.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Luminary Link Consulting ("Consultant") and the user ("Client"). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Services Offered Luminary Link Consulting provides fractional administrative services for the Salesforce.com platform in three packages:

  • Standard Package: User provisioning, user deprovisioning, user password assistance, profile assignments, permission set assignments, and page layout updates (limited to 5 per month).

  • Professional Package: Includes all services in the Standard Package plus field creation (limited to 10 per month), report creation (limited to 3 per month), dashboard creation (limited to 1 per month), validation rules (limited to 5 per month), and page layout creation (limited to 3 per month as desktop-only layouts that are non-dynamic).

  • Premier Package: Includes all services in the Professional Package plus report troubleshooting (limited to 5 reports per month), dashboard troubleshooting (limited to 2 per month), profile creation (limited to 2 per month), permission set creation (limited to 5 per month), flow troubleshooting (limited to 3 per month), basic data cleansing (limited to 2 objects per month covering formatting corrections, linkages, and misspellings), security troubleshooting, and two additional page layout creations each month.

2. Subscription and Billing

  • All subscriptions are monthly and billed upfront via credit card. Invoiced billing is available on a one-off basis.

  • Clients are responsible for providing all requests for work during the subscription month. If no work is submitted, no services will be completed, and there is no carry-over of requests from one month to the next.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Clients must grant Luminary Link Consulting access to their production Salesforce system as administrators. If access is revoked, no services can be provided.

  • Clients are required to have at least one monthly meeting with their designated administrator to discuss and refine requests.

4. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through the customer portal or by emailing cancel@luminarylinkconsulting.com. All cancellations will be processed within 5 business days, and billing will continue through the end of the period in which services are cancelled.

5. Changes and Limitations of Liability

  • Changes requested to the Salesforce platform will only be made after obtaining express written approval. If a request is made via phone or in person, documentation and sign-off from the designated leader will be required. Requests made through a designated form will be acknowledged by email for notification only.

  • If a change is found to be invalid, Luminary Link Consulting will revert it promptly. Client-initiated changes void Luminary Link's responsibility for any resulting issues.

  • Luminary Link Consulting will manage all data in the production system with proper handling and deletion protocols as necessary.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the following manner:

    • Mediation: The parties agree to engage in good faith mediation in Denver, Colorado, to resolve any disputes before proceeding to arbitration.

    • Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree that any unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for arbitration shall be Denver, Colorado.

    • Waiver of Class Actions: All claims must be brought individually, and no class actions are permitted.
